PRS Design Build Systems, Inc. can provide our customers the following services. Because not every client's needs are the same, so our services in turn are flexible to meet each individual client's needs.

Engineering & Design Services:

Develop engineered foundation design drawings for clients' own steel, masonry or wood framed structures. All building plans are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and signed and sealed by a state registered structural engineer.

Custom Steel Buildings:

We furnish and expertly erect pre-engineered steel building systems that meet local and state building codes. We are an authorized builder for Chief Buildings, a family member of Chief Industries, Inc. with corporate headquarters in Grand Island, Nebraska. We have partnered up with Chief due to their high quality products and knowledgeable staff.

Metal Roofing Replacement:

We will remove existing exposed fastener metal building roofs that have outlived their useful performance life, and replace them with machine seamed standing seam concealed fastener roof panel systems. During this process all existing insulation will be upgraded to meet the current energy code as it relates to metal structures, along with replacement of all existing flashings, gutters as required for an attractive and functional product for many years. Galvalume Panel finish utilized the majority of our applications as a roofing finish, but factory painted panel finishes are also available in either 30 Year Kynar, or 25 Year Silicone Polyester painted finishes. Roof Panel Warranties are provided.

Metal Wall Panel Replacement:

We will remove existing metal building siding and flashings that have outlived their useful performance life, and replace them with one of many options now available of metal panel systems; such as concealed fastener, semi-concealed fastener, exposed fastener, and or factory insulated panel systems. Depending on the wall panel chosen, the existing wall insulation will be upgraded to meet the current energy code as it relates to metal structures. Painted panel finishes are available in either a 30 Year Kynar, or a 25 Year Silicone Polyester painted panel finishes. Wall panel Warranties are provided.

Miscellaneous Metal Building Renovations / Repairs:

We will replace damaged steel pedestrian doors, overhead door openings, windows, roof panel, wall siding and other metal building components with new products that will enhance the appearance of your existing metal building for years to come.
